C&F attorneys have extensive experience in the field of real estate and construction law, having provided legal services in many land-mark real estate and construction projects, such as Daya Bay Nuclear Power Plant, Yellow River Xiaolangdi water conservancy project, Wukesong Gymnasium project (one of the key projects for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games), non-slag rail engineering and construction project for dedicated high speed railway passenger line and a large number of commercial and residential real estate projects in China. The Firm’s legal services cover the entire process of real estate transactions, from initial financing and investment to land requisition, demolition, primary land development, engineering and construction management, project refinancing, commercial housing sale and title transfer and settlement. C&F works on both residential real estate projects and commercial / industrial real estate projects.
